I have a need to organize work and plan on using that for whatever task is given to me. Being a massage therapist for four years, I organized client’s files in their personal folders. I took SOAP notes during the client intake procedure so that there was a clear record of their physical condition for that session. Often I would organize client’s files alphabetically. I provided excellent customer service for every task at hand, whether it was to enhance the client’s experience or to increase the company’s service sales.

Provided customer service with attention to clents' needs. Was in charge of taking SOAP notes, attain to HYPAA protocols, and provide massage. I also had to change the sheets on the massage table and make sure the trash was taken out, and make sure I was stocked with tissues and hand sanitizer.

I would have to consult a list of bounced checks for every check given. I also provided customer service.
