Within this job I undertook a variety of tasks, such as opening, sorting and dispatching post, processing payments on a daily basis, regularly receiving and making telephone calls, processing weekly banking and managing a hire system and database. Contacting schools has been an everyday task and working closely with a range of primary and secondary schools corresponding through email, fax and telephone. By speaking with customers regularly throughout the position I dealt with Customer Service often by telephone, email and face to face: answering queries, producing letters, retrieving and issuing instruments. I assisted on many events and concerts, developing programmes and documents, contacting relevant parties, directing customers, cash handling and selling tickets. Compiling a spreadsheet of teaching registers each term through contacting tutors became part of my job, as well as creating/modifying documents and adjudicating exams. (Completed Level 2 NVQ)
