Her author list includes professional speakers, royalty publishers, creative agencies, doctors, professional athletes, politicians, business people, and many more.
Elicksen has been a professional sportswriter and covered the National Hockey League, was the first woman to ever headman a football conference in Canada, was PR Director for the Edmonton Trappers Baseball Club, and worked as a volunteer for the 1988 Olympic Winter Games. She has worked with and interviewed celebrities, to name a few: Wayne Gretzky, The Doobie Brothers, Stan Fischler, Mario Lemieux, Hurricane Carter, and Marcus Camby.
