My initial mission was to create a functional and successful front office team and to set up front desk operations for the management of this 150-unit hospitality organization. As a second step my task has been to create an effective communication channel through all departments to improve service.

My actual job here is to supervise front office operations, deal with local companies for corporate contracts, travel agencies, groups and organize events.

Iam in charge of pricing and data analysis to implement revenue and constantly monitor the market demand. Beyond front office operations, my efforts are oriented to the application of RM basics and to the supervision of Brand Reputation through Social Media. I am furthermore a strong believer in staff training and internal education.

I had the chance to build up my career as Hotel Manager Assistant and Manager in Events' organization in this hotel. The hotel has a medium size convention centre (with a capacity of 270/300 seats). Thanks to its strategical position in front of the Ferrari Wind Tunnel, the conference centre was destination for many partner companies that wanted to organise events, conferences and meetings. I have developed a strong organizational skill and deepened my food & beverage knowledge thanks to the cooperation with the restaurant dept.I was in charge of the supervision of all departments, marketing, online distribution and website, brochure editing. I was also the HR Manager (personnel time table, control of pay rolls, human resources management, HR selection and public relations.)
