Company profile: IT Company - Distribution and Corporate Solutions provider, Repair service, Retail store.
Work with owner of company for tactical planning to develop and execute strategies to achieve goals. Also was a part of a sales team for promotional activity and other events to bring new customers and increase sales.
- Created a team (including selecting advertising company) to implement strategy and delivering on objectives.
- Planned and managed marketing activities across all online and offline channels. To achieve the better results and save more budget, I used to combine this channels. One of this company was a lottery with live draws, which was transmitted online through one of website. This move leaded new customers and growth sales with 30% for the next 3 months.
- Created distinct strategies for each of the 4 separate areas (retail, repair service, distribution, and corporate solutions) to eliminate customer confusion and improve sales.
- Set up new marketing strategies. Based on analyse of all marketing company, my suggestion was to focus on online activities, like Facebook, and targeting websites. That action save up to 50% of the marketing budget and regular bring new clients and increase sales with 30% in each month.
- Created and developed Facebook page with daily posting of news, promotion, product’s review and information about company. Including advertising campaign to promote company and sale products.
- Produced marketing campaigns for key international partners, like Philips, Acer, Apple, Lenovo and Kaspersky.
- Responsible for all incoming emails from customers and be sure that they needs will be satisfied.
- Wrote marketing emails & then sending them to customers & sales prospects, using Outlook and MailChimp, as a result grew contact database with 200%.
- Maintenance company website with writing new marketing material and online content.
- Used Google Analytics to identify key words and behaviour of visitors to propose new solutions for sales team and initiate new campaign.
- Developed the new website, through EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and The Development) project. Worked close with developer and designers to do improve friendly and useful website, additionally regularly reporting to EBRD of every step of the project. Managed all the process to end the one year project with getting 80% European finance.
