Sales Associates

Justice, Tween Brands

At my place of employment, I have the opportunity to interact with the public and I also have an opportunity to expand my knowledge of customer service. Everyday, I experience a new challenge that I have to overcome. I have done cash register, interacting with the customers and back stocking. Although I had little to no experience in these tasks, I definitely gained knowledge in them.

Student Intern

Children's Medical Center

After volunteering at Children's Medical Center for the past few months have helped me polish the skills I have learned at school. They expected me to be punctual every single day, no exception. I have acquired and mastered skills on how to identify and correspond patient's name and their Medical Record Name(MRN). This helped my division by saving the medical staff time, so they could focus on other task that they needed to complete. I got the opportunity to execute my skills that I acquired in school, which were in the software programs of MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and Excel.

"To date, the quality of Elda's work has been excellent. Elda is always engaged in my AP Environmental Science course, and makes meaningful contributions to class discussions. She is able to maintain focus on even through the most challenging work. While nearly all of my students are seniors, Elda is one of my 3 juniors that I teach, this is due to her advanced placement on an accelerated academic track. She has never missed an assignment in my class, indicative of a great amount of responsibility and focus. She is among the best students I teach, earning an "A" for all six grading periods since the beginning of the school year."

Always asks questions and seeks guidance when not sure of what to do. She maintains good customer service relations with the patients. Takes pride in work and strives to improve work performance, and does not require constant supervision. She displays strong analytical skills.''
