Functional Responsibilities:
- Handled a team of 2 executives directly reporting to me.
- Help the team understand the work flow and process.
- Review the creative brief received from the client.
- Keep track on the monetary in-flow.
- Maintain healthy Clientele, and also head / plan the important projects.
- Be an extended arm to the Client’s Marketing team.
- Understand Client’s Marketing needs and align the team accordingly.
- Study competitors / market news and share the latest update with the Clients.
- Review the creative output received from the internal team.
- Meeting the client on fortnightly basis for feedback.
