- Develop value and performance of a brand, image and its positioning.
- Work and handle multiple clients and brand activities - ATL & BTL
- Supervise advertising, campaigns, product and packaging and maintain consistency throughout the communication.
- Carry market research to understand the current and future trends of customers.
- Meeting clients and simultaneously work with colleagues across department - Creative, Production and Accounts.
- Manage budget and team of junior assistants.
- Plan and strategise product launch, campaigns and communication, based on region.
- Time and project management skill, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
