Interactive, two-day Suicide Intervention programme, focusing on 'Suicide First Aid'. This trainingenables me to identify suicidal behaviours, conduct an assessment, and create a "keep-safe" plan, along with utilising essential suicide prevention skills, such as PAL (Pathways for assisting life).


Mental Health First Aid


(MHFA) training teaches participants how to deal with crisis situations, such as suicidal behaviour, self-harm, panic, and substance abuse disorders. Through recognising the symptoms of various Mental Health problems, this training enables me to accurately signpost individuals towards mental healthsupport services.
