Launched joint virtual global team across GSS GDD and GTO to effectively implement seamless interface of all application and infrastructure services and projects. Formulated GSS GDD Communications Plan that encompassed organizational program initiatives, project status updates, issues, portfolio updates, and other information. Directed cSAT survey process to enhance project delivery and service management by compiling data on clarity of roles, areas for improvement, and stakeholder concerns. Introduced Client Engagement Community of Practice that enhanced productivity by promoting collaboration throughout GSS area and sharing of information.
