Handle all collections, and Evictions. Keep track of our Creditors and update delinquent files on a monthly basis. Also handle clreical work such as: Checking the VM, answering phones, Handle rent payments and giving them receipts for their transaction, taking work orders for Tenants and keeping track through Buildium, for all work orders, Data Entry, Walk- through with tenants when they move-out, and prior to moving in, pick up the mail at the post affice, make runs to all venders and utilities when needed, and other entry duties as needed. I currently only work Tuesday's and Thursday's from 9-5.

Change all bed spreads, dust all tables and equiptment; using proper cleaning supllies and chemicals provided by Management, thoroughly sinitize ande clean bathrooms according to the rules. Using proper equiptment at all times, Vacuum and make sure laundy bags and note pads w/ pens are displayed properly. Take out trash and prepare cart for the next day before shift is up. Currently lwork on Mon,Wed, Friday, Sat, & Sun from 9-2.
