Effectively helping to address inquiries on prices, shipments, order status, products, policies and procedures including export/import documentation, letters of credit. - Creatively design and develop dashboards, reports through newly learned OBI reporting system. - Assist with training Order Management process, International customs clearance process with approach that ensures consistent and solid customer service. - Main contact for assisting with shipments, concering customs clearance for FBC or shipments with issues that need prompt resolution. - Main contact to offer support for Fluke Eindhoven & Fluke Shanghai by proactively utilizing extensive knowledge of ERP system ensuring B2B orders placed correctly for manufacturing or resolving issues with shipments. - Active member of FBC Employee Engagement Committee focused on improvement of the sight business culture and Team fellowship. - Providing support on export compliance inquiries, export documents, inquiries on customs clearance for all incoming and outgoing Raysafe shipments / drop shipments. -Processing orders with focus on complex issues for internal/ external customers. -With great enthusiasm help Senior Sales Leadership Team, Finance, QA/RA , Contracts, Trade Compliance Team Engineering Team, Operations Teams with inquiries related to FBC or Raysafe order processes, local policies, inquiries concerning customers, customer orders, shipments or products. -setting up Standard Work to ensure sustainment of continuous improvement
