Inventory Control Manager
·Manage $80M of inventory, as well as hire/train/supervise 25+ Inventory Control Associates.
·Work as critical member of overall management team to coordinate a diverse range of organization-wide work activities and oversee problem identification, analysis and resolution.
·Identify each opportunity and implement shrink reduction program throughout entire distribution center.
·Assist in the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System, including overseeing system selection, user acceptance testing and initial/ongoing user training.

·Developed and implemented unique strategic initiatives, including facility re-design and implementation of focused process changes, enabling fulfillment process to increase output and allowing Dotcom operations to grow at 40% rate over two years.
·Oversaw second shift operation of extended team of both temporary and full-time employees, that together with the first shift, processed 1.4+M packages during 2005.
·Selected to serve as critical member of Warehouse Management System selection committee team.
·Managed the timely and accurate induction of inventory into the CDC, receiving 2.2M units/month.
·Oversaw and implemented strategic initiatives including the implementation of blind receiving process to significantly increase quality.
·Implemented priority receiving process to speed the induction of critical purchase orders into inventory.
·Communicated and served as liaison with all members of supply chain team, including the Merchandise Operations and Transportation, ensuring timely receipt of purchase orders to the MDC.
