Components include integrated video, print, interactive, social media and PR increasing editorial coverage.
  • Establishing a go-to-market strategy for the world's fourth largest global financial institution, including above and below the line activities and resulting in 15% overall increase in effectiveness.
  • Providing brand and strategy consulting for a leading developer of interactive display software, maximizing the effectiveness of their marketing, streamlining processes and increasing sales opportunities by over 20%.

Led the design, development and execution of strategic and innovative global marketing and advertising initiatives that included TV, print, digital, PR and experiential.  Provided account management for internal and external clients leading, recruiting and mentoring a team of 15. Created and managed a virtual agency with multiple IPG companies to align the advertising, digital, media and experiential activities globally.

  • Orchestrated global brand advertising, including a client testimonial campaign, which helped transform the brand, enhance credibility with Fortune 500 companies and increase awareness as part of a corporate identity and rebranding effort that included TV, print, PR, digital and social media. CTR's increased by over 500% vs. traditional online activities.
  • Designed and implemented a global, integrated client advocacy program that leveraged print, online, PR, experiential and social media to increase customer loyalty, support brand activities, strengthen client relationships and grow existing accounts while expanding the reference base over 40%. Resulted in increased global editorial impressions and media coverage. Advertising CTR's increased from .10% to .55%.
  • Administered a marketing promotions budget of over $200M, briefing and managing overall marketing, advertising and media agency relationships while increasing marketing alignment by harnessing the teams experience and knowledge, standardizing global processes and providing a cost savings of over 20% annually.
  • Trusted advisor with senior client (AXA, DHL, AkzoNoble, 3) executives to understand goals to recommend new and innovative solutions that created value in line with client goals, strengthened relationships, developed new business and grew existing accounts.

Designed strategic marketing initiatives to maximize account growth through lead generation activities that included video, digital, experiential, PR, web, and interactive. Established clear brand messaging. Company spokesperson and evangelist for media, industry and financial analysts.  Published in technical and business journals globally and industry expert for speaking opportunities at analyst conferences (Gartner, IDC).

  • Successfully collaborated with clients (Vodafone UK, Cox, Telstra, France Telecom) to draw insights and recommend innovative programs and activities that improved business results in line with client goals and grew account revenue by over 200%.
  • Spearheaded cross-functional teams for the launch and delivery of new client offerings that developed new business and expanded existing accounts resulting in an increase in sales by over $10M in the first year.
  • Identified and negotiated co-branded partner agreements creating joint value propositions and increased revenue opportunities by 15% while diversifying the company's revenue mix to over 50% from the indirect channel.

  • Created marketing, messaging and new product development plans to launch the first product offering, build brand awareness and generate new sales leads.
