·Network Administrator – Responsible for providing server support to the Investment Banking group within JP Morgan & Chase. Duties included configuration and management of IBM and Compaq servers loaded with Netware 5, Windows 2000/2003 operating systems. Verification of daily backups and error logs.Intensively worked with merger related moves to consolidate our clients from the downtown and midtown offices and the migration of Netware 4.x and Windows NT 4.0 servers to Netware 5 and Windows 2000.

·Project Manager - Responsible for managing the relocation of user’s data from floor to floor/building to building.Coordinated data center moves, submitted proper paperwork and follow up with Electricians, Network Support Services, etc. Coordinated with technicians from various teams, such as Desktop support, Server support, Aux, Mainframe, Phone, Market Data and Network support to ensure that all of clients technology needs were preserved or added.

·Global Markets Trading Floor Support - Provided Desktop support to a 6,000 user environment to include approximately 1500 trading floor users. Used remote tools and phone interaction to resolve problems remotely as well as making desk side visits. Created and managed AD user accounts. Built PC’s and laptops for deployment to the environment.Supported local, client/server, web based, and Citrix applications. Provided standard desktop support and special support to the Moves Adds Changes Group.Familiar with a variety of Market Data Applications such as Bridge, Telerate, Tiblink, MarketSheet, Reuters, Bloomberg, Open Bloomberg and ILX. Assisted in Desktop side of project to include scrubbing Node listings to identify all nodes in scope. ·Administration and backups of all servers in the East Coast (12 Windows NT 4.0 and 15 Novell Netware 4.11 servers).

·Served as the primary contact for reporting and repairing local/wide area network and internal infrastructure issues.
