Accounting and Auditing
  1. Development of the company's accounting system, adoption of accounting guidance, follow-up of company contracts with the alliance and broad word distributor.                   
  2. Preparing financial reports (Financial Position Statement – Income Statement and its analysis).                                                                                                                                                           
  3.  Conducting analysis for financial means and rates of circulation.                                            

  4. Conducting the entries of stock-taking settlements, depreciation allocations, expenses in advance and payable.                                                                                                         

  5.  Entries in the journal and posting them to the general ledger and the supporting ledgers, preparing monthly and annual financial reports (Trial Balance, Income Statement, Financial Position Statement).                                                                                          

  6.  Managing cash expenditure, the monthly recording of cash payments, prepared the balances of employees' facilities and analyzed the various expenditure to attach them with the balanced sheet.                                                                                                                            

  7. Draft financial due diligence report.                                                                                                       
  8. Preparation of a draft internal acquisitions report under the supervision of KPMG. Co.   
  9. Comprehensive knowledge of personnel matters in accordance with state regulations.                                                                                                                                                      
  10. Preparation & Approval for VAT Program in General Authority Of Zakat & Tax.
