▪ Correspond with outside agencies and attorneys to obtain court records and collect other pertinent information necessary to open cases

▪Determine if be cases are conflicts with our office and reassign to different attorney if necessary 

▪Log results and notes from court into clients file & close upon completion

▪Close out all files that are in bench warrant status and file them alphabetically

▪Keep track of hours for files involving investigations and assign an investigator to each case

▪Fill in for other co workers when they call in sick or go on vacation

▪Go to court with attorney 1-2 times a week to collect information for new clients
