Sears Holdings Corporation, the publicly traded parent of Kmart and Sears, Roebuck and Co., is the second-largest mass merchant Internet retailer with $2.6 billion in sales. 

  • Led experience design of Automotive Vertical relaunch on resulting in 157% sales increase in December 2008. 
  • Developed concept of Find It Near Me, a location aware inventory search that displays only the Sears stores nearest the user with the desired product in stock. 
  • Designed single-screen Pharmacy Checkout that aimed to increase conversion rate.

  • Developed experience strategy for Harley-Davidson 2006 Motorcycles website resulting in 6.2% sales increase. 
  • Designed Featured Rider experience of Harley-Davidson Women & Motorcycling, a social networking site for women interested in the biker lifestyle.
