• Responsible to implement all procedures and policies defined as part of the project with the Romero Group, be proactive in detecting elements to improve the quality of service.
• Identify risks and opportunities to continually improve service, based on the delegated activities.
• Plan, supervise, manage and secure the delivery and quality of the various projects executed during the service.
• Leading the scoping meetings and status reports of the various projects implemented.
• Documenting the suggestions and action plans of the various contracted services. • Allocation of resources according to specific needs or special projects. • Channeling and seek solutions to issues and / or questions arising from the projects implemented.
• Channeling the problems identified during project execution to the second level of Technical Support and Platform, as the case and criticality for advanced technical solutions.
• Keep the CMDB, asset group, PCs, Laptops, licensed Software, temporary licenses, etc. in coordination with the management of configurations and versions, implemented
