A former Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore, Edward Miley currently serves as an attorney with Miley Law Firm and an Adjunct Professor with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Edward Miley founded Miley Law Firm in 1997 shortly after graduating from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, in 1995. Mr. Miley also holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in International Management from the University of Texas at Dallas as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Austin College in Sherman, Texas. Edward Miley holds licenses to practice law from the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also belongs to a number of professional organizations, including Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the National College of DUI Attorneys. Currently, 90 percent of Mr. Miley’s practice revolves around litigation.
