Led business rationalization and process improvement resulting in improved EBITDA of $3.5 million.  This included

  • rationalizing 2 business acquisitions and re-engineering business processes.
  • restructuring business into distinct operating P&L's. This included P&L by customer resulting in the elimination of poor performing customers. 
  • leading company from product based selling to solution selling.  This resulted in approximately a 25% improvement in sales margins.
  • launching first revenue generating 24x7 call center in interactive Healthcare market place.
  • creating and leading Professional Services/Client Services Organization. Introduced repeatable and proven project implementation methodologies resulting in shorter implementation times, improved customer satisfaction and new revenue stream.

DGA Technologies

Led DGA through business rationalization and restructuring process resulting in the company becoming profitable.

  • increased revenues by introducing billable services and annual maintenance service contracts

Celarix Inc.

Increased annual revenues from $100,000 to $5,600,000 by developing and leading both Operations and  Professional Services Organizations.  This included:

  • creating ROI selling model increasing overall profitability of solution.
  • moving from fixed-bid to T&M projects at industry standard hourly rates.
  • developing consulting channel strategy with CGE&Y and Accenture
  • Launched and implemented 24x7 Global Contact Center and established SLA's including .995 up-time, 20 minute escalation and on-line customer issue reporting.

Descartes Systems Group

Developed and led both Operations and  Professional Services Organizations from a regional Canadian start-up to Global multi-location operating presence.  This resulted in an increase in  annual revenues from $300,000 to $17,500,000.
