Edward Hannsz is an attorney admitted to the State Bar of Arizona. His practice focuses on real property and business matters. Currently employed with Stubbs & Schubart in Tucson, Arizona, Edward has experience resolving legal disputes involving condemnation proceedings, environmental contamination, jury trials, and complex financial products, such as Variable Prepaid Forward Contracts.
Edward obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. In law school, he was a member of the Arizona Law Review and wrote his note on the case In Re Vasquez, which involved mortgage documentation issues that had a broad impact on the Arizona housing market. Edward holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University with summa cum laude honors.
