Ed Vergara

A member of the California Bar Association, real estate investment executive Ed Vergara began preparing for his career as a student at Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts, where he graduated with a bachelor of arts in political science. Following his undergraduate work, he gained acceptance to the Santa Clara, California-based University of Santa Clara School of Law, where he successfully earned his juris doctor. After graduating from law school. Ed Vergara began working as an associate and later senior associate at Moison Investment Company in Los Altos, California, formerly Premier Apartment Advisors. During his years with the company, he was consistently recognized with sales achievement awards for his performance with regard to closed transactions.

Later, Ed Vergara began work as a senior associate with Marcus & Millichap, a real estate and investment firm based in Palo Alto, California. He was later promoted to co-lead a commercial real estate and multi-family investment arm of the company called the Vergara and Waxman Group, where he closed transactions, leading to further recognition as a top sales performer in Southern Alameda county. Today, Mr. Vergara serves Marcus & Millichap as vice president of investments.
