Eduardo has been involved in English Language Teaching for over 16 years and has worked as a teacher, trainer, director of studies and consultant. He has taught English and trained teachers in three countries and his current base is Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province, China.

Eduardo has gained experience teaching English as a foreign language to young learners, teenagers and adults. During his career, he has worked at first-class language institutes teaching general English and preparing students for TOEFL, IELTs and Cambridge Main Suite Exams. Between 2012 and 2015, he worked as a Director of Studies managing and training twenty teachers over two branches of Cultura Inglesa school in Brazil.  He has also gained solid experience as a corporate trainer, designing and delivering tailor-made courses for clients at Nestlè, Nokia Institute of Technology, GM, Kraft Foods, Deloitte and other major international companies.

Eduardo has attended and presented papers in major ELT conferences in South America, Europe and Asia since 2007. His main interests include EAP, Business English, teacher education, learner autonomy and reflective teaching.
