Provide guidance, advice and technical support to IS staff located in geographically dispersed location on any IS related matters. Participate in weekly conference call meetings with the company's Network and IS Security team. Develop and recommend local IS policies, procedures and standards. Communicate and enforce networking and Information Security policies and procedures in the region. Communicate Information Security awareness to staff to promote a secure environment. Respond to and investigate Information Security incidents. Written the Branch Incident Management Procedure Framework. Analysis of frequency and trends of Malware infection in the region using SCCM. Review and perform monthly and quarterly System Access compliance.
