As one of three who started the company, the other two being salesmen, it was left to me to do everything else.
As we grew and took on more people I could specialise in certain areas but this stage means that I can understand the frustrations and needs of most people across the business as I have down their job.

I created, themed, edited and maintained new sites based on OCG Technologies software which to start ran on Lotus Notes, moving to Java J2EE
During this period I started to get involved in specifying, designing, and testing new features and functionality.
I am level 1-3 support depending on the system/software for our Servers (Window 20008 R2 and Linux), desktop and laptop fleets and all of the software running all of these.
I maintain the hardware and software, I am responsible for ensuring staff can use the systems.
