Responsible for critical corporate communications programs, managed vendor search, RFP process, due diligence, and contracting for comprehensive conference communication services. Established corporate communication program policies, procedures, and vendor service level agreements. Quadrupled weekly live conference call attendance through improved pre-call promotions and reminders. Developed PUSH notification systems for critical conference calls to the field thru mobile, web, and social media technology, targeting various levels of leadership and sales network accordingly. Assisted in development of online social media event promotion strategies and daily activity including Facebook corporate and fan pages, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google Plus, accounts with regular corporate and event activity updates and announcements.
Responsible for the strategic corporate sales event program including planning, production, promotion, communication, vendor negotiations, outsourcing, production coordination and execution for large quarterly corporate and promoter produced sales events.
Developed event strategy plan for bi-annual regional promoter training events and programs. Coordinated logistics for regional and national events. Responsible for liaising with and managing promotional product sales teams, vendor presence requirements, as well as incentive partner event presence logistics and onsite display requirements at all corporate events.
Reorganized online training resources incorporating enhancements to promotional information and archival library access to current training and collateral materials.
Managed a 4 person events team that successfully executed the production of over 24 corporate sales events in 12 months training over 100k representatives between August 2011 and October 2012 across USA and Canada.
