Established corporate communication program policies, procedures, and vendor service level agreements. Quadrupled weekly live conference call attendance through improved pre-call promotions and reminders. Developed and produced weekly online webinar programs with top Reps. Including: opportunity presentations, compensation plan training, new Rep. orientation, and social media utilization strategy training.
