I am a recent graduation from North Carolina State University with a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Much of my graduate research is quantitatively focused and I am comfortable with a wide range of analytical methodologies (e.g., regression, structural equation modeling, multi-level modeling). In addition, my applied work have given me the opportunity to utilize my training in real world contexts, in areas such as survey design, job analysis, competency modeling, personnel selection, and leadership development.

I am seeking a position where I can continue to develop my skills as a both a consultant and a researcher in an organization that values quantitative analysis and empirically defensible solutions.
