Venue Supervisor

The Lucas Group

Dylan has been at The Lucas Group from September of 2015 to the present. During this time Dylan has worked in several venues assisting in the day to day operations of the restaurant. He has worked as a Runner, Server, Bar Supervisor, Bar Manager, Venue Supervisor as well as serving as Acting Venue Manager while the Venue Manager was away.

Media and Communications Manager

The CEO Magazine

Dylan worked at The CEO Magazine from February of 2015 to August of 2015, this full-time job entailed telephone sales work as well as time organisation and the ability of intelligent questioning while speaking to CEO's of some of the biggest companies in Australia. This role also required Dylan to fulfil an administrator position as well as develop excellent organisational skills. Dylan learnt excellent time management as his role had individual autonomy. During Dylan's time at The CEO Magazine he also acted as a minor IT consultant assisting in technological issues and tasks whilst IT were on leave.

Delivery Driver and Manager

Topping Plus Pizza

Dylan worked for Topping Plus Pizza from January 2014 to February 2015. During this time, Dylan worked as a delivery driver, in charge of getting the right product to the right customer at the right time whilst maintaining a positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business. Dylan then progressed to becoming a Manager for when the owner was out of the shop or away. As Manager, Dylan was in charge of ensuring the entire team knew what they were doing as well as allocating jobs to the appropriate team members and be the first to interact with customers as they came into the store.

Dylan worked at Coles Chatswood Westfield as a permanent part-time from May of 2013 to December of 2014. During this time, Dylan was provided with extra training in order to be given extra responsibilities. Of these included, regularly managing the Grocery Department as well as performing many administration duties during the week.

Dylan worked as a volunteer during the school holidays and some weekends, expanding his mechanical knowledge and learning more about how the industry runs.


PA to Director

Maad Music School

Dylan worked at the Maad Music School as the Directors personal assistant. He completes all tasks assigned to him, this included monitoring and reporting to the Director on all emails, text messages and phone calls as well as admin duties which included organising and managing events and invoices.

Dylan is attended Killara High School and studied Construction, Automotive, Business Studies, Modern History and English Advanced during his HSC year. These subjects were chosen as Dylan wanted to feel like he was experiencing as many areas as possible before departing on his chosen career path.

Dylan was awarded the Order of Australia John Lincoln Youth Community Service Award in 2014 by the Australian Government and the Governor of New South Wales because of his achievements and contributions to the community both in spare time and also through his activities at school.

Caring Passionately

Dylan was awarded the Caring Passionately Award in February 2014 at Coles for his dedication to his work and willingness to give 110%. This was also awarded to Dylan for his outstanding customer service reflected in many customer's feedback.

Other Achievements


Dylan completed a 2 and a half week hike in Nepal known as the Annurpurna Circuit.

Hong Kong

Dylan flew to Hong Kong in 2009 and 2011 to do volunteer work at the Crossroads Foundation. He volunteered for 2 weeks both times.

South Australia

Dylan has travelled to South Australia many times, and still does, to do some volunteer work on a farm called Bulyanninie. He volunteers through the South Australian Government.


In 2011, Dylan undertook a 9 week leadership course.


Through his school (Killara High School) Dylan has participated many mentoring roles for new students as well as peer support for junior high school students.

Overland Track

In June 2013 Dylan completed the Overland Track in Tasmania.

Social Justice Committee

Dylan was elected to be apart of the Social Justice Committee at Killara High School, a student leadership group focused on the well-being and support of everyone. 2012-2013 and 2013-2014


Dylan compered the Arts North Primary Choral Concert at Sydney Town Hall on the 1st of August 2013 as well as the Sydney Opera House on 3rd of September 2013.


Dylan was the official team manager of the U18B team of Lindfield Football Club during the soccer season of 2014

Mount Kilimanjaro

In December of 2014 Dylan successfully made it to the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest peak of Africa

Sales Training

In January of 2015 Dylan successfully completed sales training with the Appco Group at George Street Marketing


In 2015 Dylan volunteering on both days of the Soundwave Music Festival in Sydney and also volunteered at the Party in The Park Music Festival also in Sydney.
