Driving operational improvements, maximising the value of the asset base of a £8 Million portfolio through the management of 7 direct reports ensuring a tight control on operational costs and service excellence. Responsible for monitoring and continually improving standards of the department’s performance and service delivery to our customers.
Responsible for managing all aspects of the operations within the cleaning division of the company which was valued at (£4 Million), through the direct management of 6 direct reports.
Aspects included driving operational improvements, through maximising the value of the asset base by ensuring a tight control on all operational systems and costs, through the continuous monitoring and review of service delivery standards, performance and best practice within the operation.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the standards of all services delivered across the company portfolio which comprised of private and public sector clients through daily site quality inspections.
Produced and provided written reports to the senior management teams to ensure the agreed SLA were being achieved and delivered and highlighted any areas that required attention or concern.
