Senior Operations Manager
Driving operational improvements, maximising the value of the asset base of a £8 Million portfolio through the management of 7 direct reports ensuring a tight control on operational costs and service excellence. Responsible for monitoring and continually improving standards of the department’s performance and service delivery to our customers.
- Managing a team of 6 key account managers and 1 Administrative Assistant
- Negotiating & reviewing contracts, ensuring that they balance value and risk.
- Establishing and implementing departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Creating, managing and analysing performance data and other information.
- Ensuring that capacity and capability are continually planned.
- Encouraging, identifying and developing best practice strategy.
- Ensuring compliance to all Environmental Health & Safety goals & objectives within the operations.
