I am currently working to complete an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Schoolcraft College in the spring of 2017.  Along with my education I have over 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, mainly with back of house operations.  After completing school, I plan to pursue a career in the culinary world, with the goal of becoming and Executive Chef and owning my own establishment.
