2nd Level General Motors Engineering Support
· Providing telephone PC support for General Motors employees.
· Mentoring other call center technicians as a subject matter expert.
· Providing Second Level support for General Motors employees worldwide.
· Participating in a corporate wide upgrade to Windows XP from Windows 2000.
· Supporting software applications such as Lotus Notes, MS Office, Palm and
