Applied gamification mechanics to further engage IT&S employees and encourage them to enter and release timesheets on a weekly basis. On average, users went from over 20 days late to releasing time within five days of recording resulting in more accurate KPIs for project accounting.
Developed tools for the broader Global Applications Team to drive discussions with the Project Management Office & business process architects around project metrics health, initiate discussions with individual resources on progress, telegraph potential critical path constraints, and identify possible themes.
Established the framework necessary to support mobile applications, including development of a beta application and strategies for security, governance, deployment, testing, and use case identification and alignment.
Gained approval from the CIO & Leadership Team to create & implement a pilot IT&S Flex-place Policy, which has matured from an isolated pilot within the SAP Development Team to a U.S. IT&S Policy.
