About Dean Dunbar

Dean Dunbar is a longtime New York real estate sales professional with Town Residential who assists in the sales of residential cooperatives and condominiums. He also facilitates corporate relocation activities and assists corporate entities in a diversity of fields with their relocation needs. An alumnus of Harvard University, Dean Dunbar remains active with the Harvard Club of New York and serves on its Admissions Committee.

One program Mr. Dunbar participates in is Harvard Business School Community Partners, which has a mission of bringing Greater New York nonprofits and Harvard Business School alumni together. This enables nonprofits to access expertise in a variety of areas for strategic planning, mission definition, and organizational growth initiatives. Mr. Dunbar also volunteers with the privately run nonprofit Brooklyn Animal Resource Coalition. Headquartered in Williamsburg, the organization helps ensure that abandoned animals are able to enjoy a safe space and ultimately find caring owners. Dean Dunbar also takes rescue dogs for walks each weekend and encourages his daughter in her dream of becoming a veterinarian.

Dean specializes in residential sales of condominiums and cooperatives, corporate relocation, and leasing luxury residential properties. He is a Certified Buyer Representative, and has extensive real estate experience in many neighborhoods in both Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Dean was previously a Managing Director and head of Corporate Relocation at AC Lawrence. He also received awards for MVP, Senior Agent of the Year, and Platinum Rental Agent during his tenure at Bond New York.

Dean has a BA, cum laude, from Harvard University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He worked on Wall Street for almost a decade as a Vice President in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs. Dean was also Managing Director of New Business Development for a start-up hedge fund.
