Project Lead at ASML

In 2012 I started as a management trainee at ORMIT. After finishing a Master in Design & Construction Management, I looked for a job that allowed me to go beyond the scope of the construction industry.

I am an entrepreneurial person with a broad interest. Entrepreneurship and curiosity is in my nature. My interests are diverse and I like to approach things from a different angle. After driving from Amsterdam to Cape Town, I started a foundation with the aim to help the local community of Zambia. I am constantly looking to improve and optimize business processes. I have shown this during my graduation thesis and in my first assignments.

I started at ORMIT in order to identify and develop my strengths which helps me to become a solid and accountable leader. After ORMIT I continued as a project leader at ASML. In my current position I learn to successfully lead projects with no hierarchical power. I am always looking for new challenges where I am allowed to put my strengths into practice and learn something new whilst ensuring result.
