- Create purchase/lease scenarios utilizing factory rebates, trade-in valuation, and sales team coaching to elicit favorable customer participation and maximize gross revenue for dealership.
- Use customer dialog and vehicle appraisal to maximize trade profit, liquidate used car inventory via retail sales and wholesale auctions, produce and edit weekly marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate credit report information, communicate with banks to maximize approval call, process lease/purchase approvals, Credit Acceptance Corporation subprime financing, sale of aftercare products, i.e. extended warranty, undercoat, window etch, etc. and completion of necessary stipulations to obtain funding.
- Greet customers, ascertain needs, demo appropriate vehicle using Feature-Benefit model, negotiate sale, process insurance and DMV paperwork, execute delivery paperwork, and set-up personal vehicle features for customers, and maintain follow-up relationship.
