  • Research and identify training resources and content
  • Training instructional design (development of training content, methodology for delivery, assess adult learning styles and what works best at SEFL, etc.)
  • Coordinate and lead in-house training development (i.e. approval and coordination details of filming customized training)
  • Evaluation of all current training processes and the development of training repository to track all training (what training exists within the company, what needs to be updated, creation needs, certification training, identify SME’s, etc.)

  • Acts as facilitator, and at times, trainer for leadership development programs
  • Researches and benchmarks other organizations in the areas of leadership development and training
  • Participates in managing and coordinating the company succession management and talent review process
  • Establish documentation and audit processes for all training and development initiatives
  • Support regional HR manager’s in ensuring all training is executed within each region
