°Develop and optimize Channel partners. Industries served: Power, Food & Beverage, Dairy & Agricultural, Chemical, and Oil & Gas. Meat & Poultry etc. Launched Business in Middle East. Office opened Oct 2008. Fully Staffed shipped 1st order.

°Currently changing business model tocomprehensive product rationalization and encompass to include equipment, systems and services. Developing Backoffice Engineering in India.

°Lead a global team of 25 specialists in technical service, innovation and development areas to deliver > $30 Mil., new product sales. Up 100% over ‘03. Product launched in USA and EU. Developed a Program for Thermoplastic Innovations with Labs in Denver and Ohio,

°Develop and execute the business innovation strategy including IP, Technology and product roadmaps

°The Non woven products Team consists of Product/Application developers in Littleton, CO, Ohio, in the US; Berlin, Wertheim and Bobbingen in Germany.

°Put in place a Stage Gate Process to manage Innovation with a goal of >10% of sales from new products.

°Leveraged EU and Asian University/Contract Lab. Network for USA needs in Advanced Polymer and surface chemistry.

°Developed alliances with Dresden Univ., AKV and Fraunhofer Institutes, Germany, Univ. of Bratislava and Univ. of Milan for joint development Projects. Successfully got approval for EU funded grant for development projects.

°Developed Asia market entry strategy for JM Group and served on Management Committee set up to develop these plans.
