Responsible for defining the product set, testing assumptions with users, recruiting and leading a team of 15 product managers, designers, engineers, and testers. Helped the leadership team to fundamentally re-think their cost structure and technical architecture, recruited staff, invented and built a fully decentralized set of consumer internet products for iOS and the web that was featured by Apple's App Store for months, resulting in over 100,000 downloads. Was responsible for managing the capital cost structures so that as the user base grew, the company continued to scale, and continued to innovate at scale.
