Hard-working, performance-driven, insightful professional with over ten years' Salesforce (administration, architecture, and development), biomedical engineering, and medical informatics experience. Effective leader with strong multi-tasking, analytical, communication, and computer skills. Excellent Salesforce CRM and Force.com knowledge in nearly all aspects of the products, including administration, configuration, architecture, and custom coding. An outside-the-box thinker, I specialize in finding effective solutions to apparently impossible problems.

Represented the campaign in scoping and negotiating the system with salesforce.com sales and engineering teams
Designed the system and documented requirements
Because I would have had to work, unpaid, in Chicago for 18 months, I chose not to continue the engagement, but it is nice to see the people I worked with (Michael Slaby, Harper Reed, Ed Schlicksup, and others) speak well of it and to hear how the system I designed was used.
