Initially hired in a temporary to permanent position as electrical control panel technician. This position was responsible for fabricating control panels for the company’s boiler systems that are used in the northwest region. The Panels were required to meet Underwriters Laboratories standard 508. The primary goals were to evaluate, organize, and mentor the current employee that seemed to be overwhelmed. The first ninety days of this assignment was spent evaluating the current employee’s methods in fabrication, training, knowledge, and mechanical aptitude. Over twenty-five electrical control panels were fabricated during this period.

Hired in February of 2000, I was assigned to perform preventative and routine maintenance on the inner layer manufacturing process equipment. This equipment consisted of Schmide chemical preliminary cleaning lines, conveyor systems, preliminary heater units, dry film laminators, tacky cleaner machines, ORC Manual UV image printers, Hakuto Automatic UV exposure Printers, Schmide Develop, Etch, and Strip lines, Kuttler panel loading and unloading (pick and place) equipment, and panel accumulator units that loaded and unloaded panels, Post Etch Punch hydraulic punch systems, panel image evaluation and verification equipment.
