Dr. Michael Rabie earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Stephen F. Austin State University before pursuing his Doctor of Management at Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs. Today, Mike Rabie serves as Chairman of the Board for Westchase Holding Corp. and Chief Executive Officer of the medical benefits company Association Health Care Management. During the course of his graduate education, Mike Rabie completed a variety of studies and authored a number of papers pertaining to topics such as business efficiency, best practices, critical thinking, and numerous other similar subjects. These papers include “On the Priority of Training,” in which he outlines the importance of meaningful employee engagement and the perception of viable goals during the training process, and “Critical and Creative Thinking,” which discusses some processes and approaches to linear and non-cluttered thinking that may aid in the thorough completion of a task. He also wrote a business ethics paper.
Dedicated to giving back to his community, Mike Rabie supports numerous charities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, Shriners Hospitals for Children, UNICEF, The American National Red Cross, Food For The Poor, and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
