I founded a National Organization that is ready to be lead by another individual with a different set of skills and personality type. I am prepared to relocate and to give my time to fully being an I/O psychologist as part of a team or a mix of independent work and team work environments.

CitiVision started to help resource the fifth poorest community in Manhattan in New York City, New York. My primary role was to develop programs, staff, and systems that would develop the Human Potential of the individual in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. My responsibilities included but was not limited too:

  • Twice weekly public speaking on a variety of topics from informational, instructional, to inspirational.
  • Mentoring men with addictions, work-related challenges, and family of origin issues redirecting their cognitions to effective and efficient workers and project managers.
  • Community Liason to Community Board Leaders, Police Precincts, and local Congregations.
  • Project Manager for large community events. Responsibilities included volunteer recruitment, training, and management. Fundraising, Gift In-Kind Procurement, Filing for City Permits, and working with local Borough President Offices and Officials.
  • Writing training curriculum and conducting training for various venues for community projects.
  • Chair CitiVision Resource Team Meetings and lead weekly staff meetings.
  • Leadership troubleshooting and resolve staff conflict when necessary.
  • Workshop presenter in various venues throughout New York City for different organizations on a variety of leadership and personality topics.

Public Speaking
In my various roles I have spoken professionally in hundreds of venues. Most topics are centered around inspirational and instructional/training material. As a Public Speaker I build my speeches around what the client's goals are and who the audience is I am speaking to.
Grantwriting and Research
Experience with writing grant proposals, research private funding sources, and submitting funding proposals for not-for-profit programming. Used foundation portals for grant research and have proficient with the Logic Model.
Micro Expressions
Certified by the by the orginiator of the modality Dr. Paul Ekard Through Micro Expression Training Tool (METT II). Microexpressions occur when people repress or conceal their emotions. Everyone has them and unlike regular facial expressions, no one can fake a microexpression. Even though they last only a fraction of a second, anyone can learn to recognize microexpressions.
