Over the past decade, ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist Dr. James Frank Chmiel has built a reputation for being a reliable source of information in his field for patients in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area of New York. Board-certified to practice medicine in the State of New York, Dr. James Chmiel recently offered insights on nosebleeds and how to treat them at home for the Buffalo News. In addition, Dr. Chmiel has taught students on the principles of otolaryngology as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo (SUNY) School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences where he earned his medical degree in 1994. Beyond his work in teaching the public on ENT conditions, Dr. James Chmiel treats patients in private practice at Amherst ENT LLC in the Northwoods Medical Center.
