"Independently research, troubleshoot, and resolve trouble tickets escalated from Global Customer Support (tier 1) within established Service Level Agreements.Provide excellent customer service to customers while documenting work thoroughly.Identify, log, and report problem trends.

"Manage system security as pertains to system accounts and data access:

oUnlock system accounts and restore passwords according to secure procedures

oManage file server access through establishment and monitoring of AD groups and directory shares

"Manage network printer queues, drivers, and firmware and work with other IT teams and printer vendors to troubleshooting printer communication issues.

"Conduct scheduled audits of DCI business systems administered by GSA.Log statistics and compile reports for audit review.

"GSA provides support 24x7, and some after-hours on-call work is required.Tasking and scheduling adjustments may occur with minimal notice as business needs require.

      • Proactively communicated with the CRC to properly coordinate trouble ticket activity. Used Remedy software to troubleshoot user problems, specifically network-related issues such as Lotus Notes accts, Remote Access, network connectivity and LAN administrative functions.
      • Responsible for administering Storage Area Network (SAN) GSA’s corporate network systems, using Veritas NetBackup software, using Windows 2000 Advanced servers incorporated Active Directory as a testing phase
