Responsibilities:

·Member of the top management team (Europe) for business and re-engineering, quarterly Board meeting in Germany

·Senior Member Global IT Board in Japan/ Head of European SAP / R3 Steering Committee - In charge of €175 Million implementation budget

·Responsible for staff of 120 in Germany plus IT Managers in all European countries

·Implementation of a Global Template SCM in-house development (Supply Chain Management)for all European Sales companies (Demand Planner Reporting, integration into and with Business-plan, Data Warehouse, PSI (Purchase-Sales and Inventory)

·Implementation of in-house developmentCRM (Customer Relationship Management) specifically developed for the sales-force in Europe

·Development of a Business Intelligence Model (Methodology) using BSC (Balanced Score Card) with integrated ROI and KPIs

·Management of e-business B2B, B2C, B2E Project, in-house development.

·Instigating, controlling and heading the European Network redesign project

·Leading the conversion of Group Wise to the European Lotus Notes implementation

·Reduction of overall yearly capital / expenditure budget since the year 2001 by 10 - 15 %

·Renegotiation of Oracle Hardware and Support contracts saving €1.2 Million pa

·Change of existing telecommunications provider within Germany to a more cost effective provider saving over€300.000,00 pa

·Negotiation of outsource contract for desktop service, installation and serverpark within Europesaving€800.000,00 over a 3-year period, including 50% staff reduction take-over by outsourcer
