After earning her Master of Science in Nursing with honors, Dr. Campbell worked as a mental health professional, serving as a psychiatric nurse specialist at various institutions. She then entered the medical program at The John Hopkins University School of Medicine for one year and finished her studies at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 1993. Ellen Campbell received her Doctor of Medicine (MD) with honors and completed both a residency and an internship at Georgetown University Medical Center. Today, Dr. Ellen Campbell remains a member in good standing with the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.
