Directed operations of U.S. manufacturing plant. Oversaw financial performance and reporting, sales, operations and service. Reported directly to the President.

Vice President, Hetronics International, 2006 to 2007. A $70M international wireless industrial controls company. Directed exploration of opportunities in China to open new division focusing on cable assembly and distribution to global Hetronics offices. Developed and integrated material reporting website tied to company sites and business systems. Identified items and on-hand product availability for the purpose of intra-company material transfers

Project Manager / Business Analyst, Seritis, 2000 to 2002. A $10M financial and software consulting company. Integrated back office Legacy system to web fulfillment, materials management and distribution software. Orchestrated requirements gathering through final software testing, training and implementation.

Re-organized warehouse, parts fulfillment, shipping, floor stock, and implemented VMI programs Accomplishments: • Increased warehouse capacity by 30% through racking, aisle, and storage container changes • Implemented kan-ban tracking program for high volume assembly operation • Implemented “Vendor Managed Inventory” (VMI) which reduced inventory holdings by 10%
