Ancillary duties included certificate creation for exceeding attendance, performance metrics and 'way to go' or 'tip of the hat' awards as well a monthly newsletter. Proficient with word, publisher, excel and outlook. Trained co-workers how to use outlook and other technologies in ways that will save paper, thru calendar, appointments, and tasks.
