Donald Williams is a high energy, results-driven professional manager.  He has a vast array of administrative experiences with a keen focus on providing a quality product.His twenty-one year career in the Marine Corps, has made him an invaluable asset when it comes to problem solving and customer service training.

Donald has organizational skills that can takes real world problems and find solutions that will make a dramatic change in the life of others.He has the propensity of finding solutions, through knowledge, research and collaborative team work.

While working in the largest regional hospital in the area he was sought after by the Unit Nursing Supervisor to join their team, because ofhis attention to detail and commitmentto service in working with the patients and medical staff.


I have interests in world travel learning new cultures.  My interests have taken me to the following counties:

Lebanon, Greece, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Japan, Mexico and Canada. I seek to learn the history of the people and what I can do to help make their lives better; hence, changing the perceptions they may have of Americans. 

I have a passion for helping the poor and less-fortunate here in our country. I am actively serving in the Lansing St. Stephen's Community Lions Club and a Deacon of St Stephen's Community Church United Church In Christ, Lansing, Michigan.


I am seeking the opportunity to use my management experience in a  professional position in the field of Health Care Administration management.  I would be an asset working in a private, public or military medical facility.

Letter carrier responsibilities consist of:

  • Sorting letter, flat and parcel mail in preparation for delivery.
  • Sign for accountable mail (i.e certified, registered and Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Coordinate with management customer service issues with hold or forwarded mail. 
  • Load postal vehicle and and drive to start of delivery route
  • Delivery all mail and parcels
  • Pick up out going mail and parcels from customers
  • Return station and process out going mail, write up miscellaneous mail
  • Forward and hold all designed mail
  • Clear all restricted and certified mail.

This process is conducted six days a week, except holidays through rain, sleek and snow.

Provide excellent customer service by interacting with the customer answering delivery questions and most important of all protect the sainty of the mail.

My duties consisted of transporting patients to and from varies areas throughout the hospital. I was required to do some light to medium lifting.  During the transporting process I  would explain to the patients what procedures that were being performed to help elevate anxiety to the procedures.

My duties consisted of entry level positions in the Armor field as a Tank Crewman. Extensive knowledge of tactical operations and planning.   I quickly advanced to the leadership position that has allowed me to managed, supervised and trained  up to 300 personnel in the performance of Drill Instructor duties.  My  career ended with over thirteen years of experience as an adviser to senior and upper management in the areas of safety, security, and logistical support.

Event Planning

  I have excellent event planning skills and have had successes in the following events:   1). Coordinator of the Lansing St Stephen's Lions Club Fall BBQ Dinner Fundraiser. (2010 & 2011)       a. I was responsible for assigning personnel into key positions.       b. Submitted required licensing to County Health Department and ensured          all volunteers were trained in proper food handling procedures.        c. Submitted Press Releases to local media.   2). Coordinator of the United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Campaign. (1993 - 1996)       a. Organized and formed the Greater Lansing Area Toys for Tots Committee Board           from volunteers in the local community.       b. Coordinated all toy collections and distribution.       c. Submitted press releases to local media.
