Consulting Design Director  –  $30M Company  -  Direct Report to President.    Toronto Brands: London Fog, London Fog -  Manhattan Collection, London Fog – SportProduct Lines: Men’s and Ladies Outerwear, Trench Coats, Casual, Business, Sport, waterproof, water resistant, technical, garment wash and garment dye.Market Segment: Independent Specialty Retailers, Company owned Outlet Stores, Macys, Dillard’s, Nordstrom, J.C.Penny.Responsibilities:-  Drawing on my expertise in design and tailoring, the role was to manage a large design and technical-design team to completely overhaul the fit and fashion profile of the ladies and men’s collections as part of a product driven turnaround strategy.- Creative direction and design of all Outerwear, Trench Coats, Casual, Business, Sport, waterproof, water resistant, technical, garment wash and garment dye.Achievements:- Championed brand innovation with the purpose of attracting a buy-out for this HERITAGE BRAND and it was sold within 21 months. - Outerwear magazine «Best New Outerwear Collection 2005».
